Sr. Product Manager, Custody

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience working as a product manager or similar role in a technology company.
• Comprehensive understanding of crypto custody and wallet management, along with experience in cross-chain liquidity management.
• Experience in coordinating the full lifecycle of product development including frontend and backend platform development.
• Ability to coordinate operations of large cross-functional teams from product management to engineering and design.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to exercise technical and product judgment in solving roadblocks.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Product Initiatives from inception through completion leveraging stakeholder and program management skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and others to deliver key product development programs.
• Establish roadmaps and milestones, manage risks, and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Oversee product launches, communication forums, and reporting tools to scale high quality product development operations.
• Work in a dynamic team while applying a methodical and analytical mindset.
