Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage inbound marketing strategies that align with HomeBuddy's growth objectives.
• Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring a collaborative remote work environment.
• Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring alignment with brand voice and SEO optimization.
• Plan and execute trade shows and events, coordinating with the Marketing Specialist.
• Create reports to track marketing performance and refine strategies based on data.
