Requirements:
  • Native level Swiss German and fluent English
  • Strategic and forward-thinking approach

  • Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies (desirable, but not necessary)
  • Proven success in previous sales functions based on very good performance (advantage)
  • Recognize the needs of the customer and thereby be able to stimulate, question and promote thought processes about new approaches to the treatment of diabetes

  • Possess excellent social skills and communication skills and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales calls to promote Dexcom products and services to existing and potential customers (healthcare professionals and patients), providing related services
  • Inform doctors, nurses, and patients about the benefits and details of using Dexcom products for continuous glucose monitoring
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors
  • Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national diabetes fairs and exhibitions to present Dexcom products to patients and diabetes partners
  • Actively work to position the company as a market leader in the field of continuous glucose monitoring
  • Implement business strategies and tactics to achieve company and individual goals
  • Take responsibility for the region's budget by controlling expenses
  • Prepare reports according to the guidelines
  • Successfully use sales material for sales promotion in the sales area
  • Collaborate with our colleagues in sales and internal employees to achieve or exceed company goals.
