Requirements:

• Degree in statistics, (business) mathematics, computer science, physics, economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in data science or data analysis.
• Analytical mindset and enjoyment of solving complex data problems.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and data processing tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Marketing Attribution or Media Mix Models as advantage.
• Interest in marketing and business analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for extracting, cleansing, transforming and integrating complex, high-volume data from multiple sources.
• Ensuring a high quality and scalable database for analysis and modelling.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to support complex business decisions.
• Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and insights.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate data-driven models and present results to stakeholders in the customer marketing department.
• Ensure data quality and develop strategies to improve data availability and accuracy.
• Mentor and provide technical support to junior data scientists and other team members.
