Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Inventory Accounting with a focus on Product Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a record of leading large teams and launching successful products.
  • Client-focused with a passion for outstanding customer service.
  • Experience with Inventory Accounting/Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Experience working with ERP systems related to Inventory Accounting and Supply Chain Management.
  • Knowledge of Perpetual Inventory Accounting systems and various costing methods (FIFO, LIFO, Average, Actual Cost, Lot Cost).
  • Familiarity with Inventory Adjustments, Cost Adjustments, Inventory Count, and month-end processing.
  • Strong understanding of Logistics, Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • SQL Server knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, C#, and T-SQL is advantageous.
  • Experience in software companies and implementation practices is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of the Inventory Accounting module, ensuring it meets customer requirements and is delivered on time.
  • Document business needs, create use cases, mockups, data flow diagrams, and technical designs.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers for seamless integration with other modules.
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation, providing training during onboarding and feature rollouts.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure success of new products and features.
  • Own product quality, resolve customer support issues, and ensure timely resolution per SLA.
  • Drive continuous improvements in product features, quality, and competitiveness.
  • Mentor offshore teams to enhance their technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
