Requirements:

• Higher technical education in computer systems, systems and networks, information systems and technologies, system analysis and management, or similar fields.
• Fluent English.
• 5+ years of experience in system analysis and development of functional specifications.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping.
• Experience in writing functional specifications in English.
• Experience working with developers and users, manual acceptance testing, and writing test scenarios.
• Analytical mindset, quick learner, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business scenarios and product requirements, and communication with foreign partners and customers.
• Design new features and create functional specifications, analyze backward compatibility, and negotiate specs with stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation process, collaborate with developers and test engineers.
• Decompose changes and set tasks for developers, coordinate implementation details.
• Interact with automated testing engineers and technical writers.
• Compare functional specs with actual product changes, perform acceptance testing.
• Create test scenarios and maintain support requests, manually verify fixed bugs.
