- Utilize a multi-channel approach to recruit candidates.
- Screen resumes and job applications to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and utilize reliable selection tools/methods.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates.
- Implement an Employer Branding strategy to attract talent.
