Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required) in a technical field or finance preferred.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in supporting data teams.
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven products from conception to launch.
  • 5+ years creating and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • 3+ years working closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists and engineers.
  • 5+ years in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Advanced Certification in Product Management for Financial Services.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
  • Experience in advertising or big data preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the strategic direction of the product portfolio aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate a clear product roadmap.
  • Manage all Scrum team activities and serve as the central communication point across departments.
  • Define and maintain the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on business and technical needs.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and effective go-to-market plans.
  • Oversee the product development process and monitor performance against key KPIs.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the product portfolio and represent the product at various engagements.
