Requirements:

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of Apple and PC hardware, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Jamf or other device management software ensuring device security.
• Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, integration, and daily use of digital tools.
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate digital program initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend software solutions aligning with growth objectives.
• Manage and support organizational hardware.
• Develop training sessions and resources for staff.
