Requirements:

• Experience with text data for building supervised and unsupervised Deep Learning models.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning mathematics and theory.
• 3-5 years of software engineering experience or a PhD in a related field.
• Development skills with tools like AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Understanding of Language Models and experience in training/fine-tuning LLMs.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Work with subject matter experts and product owners to define questions and desired outcomes.
• Curate, generate, and annotate data to create optimal datasets.
• Transform raw data into trainable datasets using SQL queries and scripting.
• Develop and tune Machine Learning models, selecting appropriate datasets and architectures.
• Utilize and fine-tune Language Models (LLMs) through prompt engineering.
• Stay current with field developments and communicate insights and model behaviors.
