Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Machine Control systems, including components, software, and industry applications, and provide tailored recommendations to customers based on their specific project requirements and operational challenges.
- Guide customers through the sales process, with a strong emphasis on Machine Control solutions, from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Accurately process orders for Machine Control systems and related equipment, coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers in the Machine Control sector, fostering trust and loyalty to drive repeat business.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management to provide seamless support for Machine Control clients, sharing insights and updates to ensure consistent service.
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in promptly and professionally, escalating complex technical challenges to the appropriate teams.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline management, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.
