Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Comfortable using a computer to perform operations.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check and a drug screen.
  • High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload).
Responsibilities:
  • Take In-Bound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings.
  • Advocate for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.
  • Help consumers understand credit bureau processes.
