Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in Marketing.
At least three years of hands-on experience with online launch of B2B products/services.
Relevant experience in the Human Capital industry is preferred.
C2 level English or equivalent.
Bachelor degree, ideally in Marketing.
CRM experience for digital marketing and sales.
Strong analytical skills for insights and sales conversion.
Understanding of business models and marketplace trends.
Digital marketing, product launch, and campaign management skills.
Familiarity with WordPress, LearnDash, WooCommerce, Hubspot is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for strategy implementation, positioning, messaging, and branding of products/services.
Design and execute account-based marketing campaigns.
Drive lead generation and advance web presence using SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Manage marketing projects from concept to completion.
Oversee the creation of marketing content.
