Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in a technical role such as Engineer, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Proven ability to independently implement automated processes and optimize systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring and automating processes within platforms like Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, or similar applications.
• Strong scripting skills, such as Python or JavaScript, necessary for workflow automation.
• In-depth understanding of systems design and business processes.
• Analytical mindset focused on leveraging data for insights and decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, and other relevant applications to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective configurations.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Analyze and optimize process performance for maximum efficiency.
• Utilize data insights to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT, sales, customer support, and other teams to understand their requirements.
• Document configurations, scripts, and processes for knowledge transfer and system stability.
• Provide training and support to end-users and troubleshoot application issues.
