Responsibilities:

• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members.
• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and tasks in relation to assigned projects.
• Hold regular meetings with teams to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Lead budget and resource allocation throughout the project phases.
• Serve as the final accountability point on assigned projects.
• Generate regular reports for leadership and stakeholders on project timelines.
• Conduct retrospectives post-project to identify areas for future improvement.
