Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years healthcare implementation/configuration experience.
• Clinical background preferred.
• Technology background, preferably in SQL or SSRS reporting.
• EHR experience and workflow knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of Sunrise application preferred.
• Strong communication skills and project management experience are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Altera software at client site in Winnipeg.
• Perform all project workplan tasks in accordance with contracted project scope.
• Provide system configuration consultation to clients.
• Offer workflow guidance and manage client expectations throughout the project.
• Anticipate client needs and advocate for them.
• Provide activation support and resolve system or workflow issues.
