Requirements:
- Prior experience in technical roles with emphasis on fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and rectify faults on mechanical, electrical, electronic, and computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to be self-motivated when working alone and good collaboration skills with team members.
- Good customer communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and provide on-site support if necessary.
- Perform monthly maintenance on products.
- Work with the Athens team to provide 24/7 on-call response.
- Occasional travel required for training and support outside of Athens.
