Requirements:

• Prior experience in technical roles with emphasis on fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and rectify faults on mechanical, electrical, electronic, and computer systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to be self-motivated when working alone and good collaboration skills with team members.
• Good customer communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and provide on-site support if necessary.
• Perform monthly maintenance on products.
• Work with the Athens team to provide 24/7 on-call response.
• Occasional travel required for training and support outside of Athens.
