• 4+ years' experience in event management, marketing, conference services, or event planning.
• Experience in the veterinary, dental, or medical industries is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30% for events.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of event planning logistics.
• Oversee planning and execution of signature partner conference, VetTalks.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendors and internal teams for event logistics.
• Handle registration for corporate and regional events.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing needs for events.
• Plan and execute internal events.
• Conduct pre-event marketing for upcoming events.
• Attend events and ensure executional excellence, with some travel expected.
• Measure attendance and performance at events.
• Communicate with vendors for tradeshows.
• Identify new ways to engage potential partners.
