  • Handle registration for corporate and regional events including logistics.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing needs.
  • Plan and execute internal events to engage the network.
  • Conduct pre-event marketing for upcoming events.
  • Attend events for execution excellence, potentially acting as public face of the organization.
  • Measure attendance and lead tracking from tradeshows and recruiting events.
  • Manage vendor communications for upcoming tradeshows.
  • Identify new opportunities to engage potential partners and talent.
