Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Strong business acumen for partnership with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English.
• Experience in international recruiting, particularly in LATAM, US, and EMEA.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/technologies.
• Ability to interpret market trends to adjust talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborative team member capable of thriving in a rapid pace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-cycle hiring process for technical roles.
• Support hiring across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Build strong talent pipelines via various platforms.
• Partner with the TA team to define and launch recruitment strategies.
• Execute a high-touch candidate experience.
• Collaborate on DEI, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
• Use reporting and analytics for decision-making.
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting tactics.
