Requirements:

• Extensive experience in software development, ideally from a top-tier HFT firm, focused on order management, market data, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of exchange APIs, websockets, and low-latency communication protocols.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages, specifically C++, with Python and Typescript being beneficial.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers focused on exchange connectivity.
• Design and implement robust, high-performance connectivity solutions for multiple crypto exchanges.
• Collaborate with trading teams to understand and meet their connectivity requirements.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our exchange integration systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cryptocurrency exchange APIs and protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity issues in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Set team strategy, plan workloads and connect business priorities with team outcomes.
