Requirements:
6+ years of professional experience in software development. First experience in a product company (SaaS, fintech, marketplace). Highly proficient in Java or Kotlin. Comfortable navigating complex backend architecture, APIs, and data models. First experience working with TypeScript. Eager to learn Nuxt and Vue.js. Possess a 'Product Engineer' approach, thinking beyond code. Build with pragmatism and adapt practices to context. Demonstrate autonomy and commitment to improving team practices. Own the whole lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, observability, and monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Work with Product Managers and Designers to understand user needs and co-create solutions. Own features end-to-end from conception to release. Balance speed, quality, and business impact for frequent deployments. Share knowledge, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
