• Proven experience in building and managing creator/artist communities.
• Demonstrated experience in planning events and managing community initiatives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for VIP-level interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across marketing and product teams with a creative approach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with high-profile creators and artists for the Halo Program.
• Design and implement initiatives to drive participation and create excitement around Mozaic.
• Plan and execute exclusive events and user-testing opportunities to enhance community connections.
• Collaborate with marketing to integrate Halo members into content and promotional campaigns.
• Partner with the product team to organize user-testing sessions and gather creator feedback.
