Requirements:
- Understanding of the Life Sciences market and how different parts of their business work.
- Enterprise sales experience in securing complex, multi-million dollar deals.
- Proven track record of meeting with senior leaders (VP-level) within the Enterprise Life Sciences market.
- Experience securing $1M+ software contracts.
- Ability to articulate how complex solutions align with customer initiatives.
- Experience with finalizing negotiations on complex Enterprise software deals.
- History of positioning a new solution in an unproven area.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies.
- Prospecting skills using cold-call techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of accounts, including data science initiatives and key stakeholders.
- Open and maintain relationships with executives at the Director, Exec Dir, VP and C-level.
- Uncover opportunities for customer usage of Domino software, set selling strategy and execute sales cycles.
- Contribute to building Life Sciences pipeline with 2-3 opportunities per account worth $500k-$1M.
- Close $2.5M+ of new ARR within FY26.
- Align Domino’s team to the customer’s needs and manage the customer-specific ecosystem.
