Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a social media marketing role, with a track record of driving positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for social media ad accounts
  • Excellent writing, graphic design (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook, with a demonstrated ability to grow followers and generate engagement
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, capable of analyzing campaign performance data and generating actionable insights to optimize ROAS
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications
  • Solid understanding of online marketing trends and major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excels in multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Design, or a related field
Responsibilities:
  • Generate, edit, and publish original content (text, images, video) that fosters engagement and prompts user interaction
  • Develop and implement social media advertising and management strategies through competitive research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, audience identification, and alignment with client goals
  • Create visually appealing social media templates based on brand guidelines, client feedback, and current trends using tools like Canva
  • Develop and oversee content calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
  • Continuously enhance results by capturing and analyzing relevant social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and applying this information effectively
  • Generate detailed reports for clients, outlining campaign progress and performance metrics
