Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Senior Engineering Manager or Director in a remote work environment.
• 5+ years experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Advanced knowledge and strategic understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and executing strategic change.
• Proven ability to leverage data and insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams to optimize for customer value and innovation.
• Partner with executive leadership, senior leaders, and managers to establish and execute the strategic goals for Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with Product and Design leadership.
• Be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and make high-stakes decisions impacting key initiatives.
• Scale engineering practices for optimal performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer obsession.
• Provide strategic guidance ensuring operational excellence across complex projects.
