Requirements:

• Deep experience in software development as Senior or Principal Software Engineer, Product Owner, Development Team or Department Lead in an agile IT/Software environment
• Several years of technical leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills - you are able to get different stakeholders (Product Management, the team's Product Owner, Product Architects, ...) on the same page and align people and strategy
• You are a team player with good people skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring others
• You feel comfortable in building strong relationships with your colleagues to advance the business

Responsibilities:

• Bring different engineering teams and stakeholders together to create the best possible Dynatrace experience for our customers (use-case focus)
• Drive technical decisions and are responsible for end-to-end delivery at a high-quality and in time
• Form internal project teams and coordinate cross-team activity to enhance value creation
• Make sure that the teams are aligned with our roadmap and that they can focus on their charter
• Identify engineering bottlenecks and find solutions with our Development leadership to keep up the delivery and execution of new features
• Accountable for the capability’s innovation and maintenance related topics by balancing them with the company’s roadmaps
• Responsible for the capability’s backlog and its execution together with the involved Development Teams
• Monitor the delivery flow of the capability and trigger improvements together with your key stakeholders
