Requirements:

• A university or applied university degree (WO or HBO).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in mapping business processes and information flows.
• Ability to capture business requirements in designs and user stories.
• Oversight of business processes and IT landscape to identify areas for improvement.
• Strong curiosity, creativity, and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities:

• As a Business Information Analyst, assist customers in designing their IT landscape and processes for digital transformation.
• Advise on the realization of IT Roadmaps in agile environments.
• Support business decision-making regarding data quality, technology constraints, and application functionality.
• Translate customer needs and bottlenecks into IT requirements and designs to enhance efficiency, implement strategies and new business models.
