Requirements:

• Extensive experience owning complex projects across multiple development streams and departmental stakeholders.
• Proficiency in JIRA.
• Strong personality capable of addressing tough questions and driving issues to resolution.
• Experience in managing and delivering large data-focused programs and projects.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and communicate status, issues, and risks to executive leadership.
• Strategic thinker with a background in integration and data platform projects.
• 5+ years of program management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the program's scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline, ensuring program delivery on time and within budget.
• Identifying and analyzing potential risks and developing strategies to overcome them.
• Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and changes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software architects, engineers, developers, and product teams.
• Diagnosing technical issues and providing solutions, ensuring industry compliance.
• Managing project escalations and assembling project teams.
• Producing program reports for managers and communicating progress to senior management.
