Requirements
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML/GenAI libraries (langchain, langgraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques (text representation, feature engineering, model selection, tokenization, embeddings)
- Hands-on experience evaluating pre-trained models, and fine-tuning or training models
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate complex mathematical and AI concepts clearly
Responsibilities
- Work on AI features built on the Pigment computation engine
- Develop AI features with an ambitious product vision
- Program on a production Python codebase and contribute to production features
- Conduct experiments and benchmarking for model performance
- Research and apply novel techniques in NLP and large language models
