- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in UX research, human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in a federal consulting or government environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
- Proven ability to lead research strategy and execution for multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Leadership experience to mentor junior researchers.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Must be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Designing and conducting various research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
- Analyzing and synthesizing research findings into actionable insights.
- Communicating research findings to teams and stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Leading the development of research plans and documentation.
- Mentoring and coaching junior researchers.
