Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or direct and applicable work experience required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience that includes development (Angular, NodeJS, etc.), IT infrastructure, and architecture design.
• Leadership experience gained through projects.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Assume ownership for Wellmark’s Marketing technology platform utilizing SaaS products.
• Conduct infrastructure development and automation.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and manage CI/CD pipeline.
• Provide guidance on IT policies, security, and infrastructure.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies.
• Serve as subject matter expert for agile teams and consult with business stakeholders.
