• Expert Knowledge of Decipher (minimum 5 years required).
• Market research experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals (minimum 3 years required).
• Knowledge of ConfirmIT, in addition to Decipher, is desirable.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML programming.
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to accuracy and integrity with a strong problem-solving focus.
• Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed with adherence to processes.

Responsibilities:

• The Decipher Programmer is responsible for programming market research studies against client materials.
• They strive to meet and exceed client expectations regarding data integrity, timelines, and budgets.
• The programmer develops and implements creative solutions as needed.
• They work closely with other programmers and project managers, sometimes collaborating directly with clients.
• Responsibilities include maintaining full responsibility for online survey development, delivering high-quality surveys, resolving amendments during quality assurance, and preparing surveys for deployment.
