Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior engineers through the full employee lifecycle.
Drive the protocol roadmap to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Oversee the development and refinement of core protocol functionalities, including EigenPods, staking, rewards, and slashing mechanisms.
Engage with both technical and executive stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and aligning protocol initiatives with broader strategic goals.
Represent Eigen Labs at industry events and engage with the developer community.
Serve as the internal champion for protocol security and reliability, safeguarding billions in crypto assets.
