• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Strong background in graphic design, using software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Basic motion graphic design, video editing, GIF, 3D software, and animation skills are advantageous.
• Knowledge of media production and communication.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare visual teaching tools for training.
• Design training material branding.
• Edit and organize training materials.
