Requirements:
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment, with emphasis on pharmacies, medical, or supplement fields as a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with and reaching out to potential new partners.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and German (German is a must).
  • Diligent work style, with a keen eye for detail and good numerical skills.
  • Organized personality, capable of tracking progress with partners and individual tasks.
  • A keen interest in wellness, health, supplements, and longevity or willingness to learn more about the industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, ideally in an international company.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in establishing and managing strong relationships with B2B partners such as retailers, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners by managing contracts, price lists, and supplier registrations.
  • Handle relationships with established B2B partners, process their orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage complaints.
  • Create regular reporting for B2B sales, tracking progress by partner, region, and partner type.
  • Support the management team in refining the overall B2B distribution strategy and improving processes.
