Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales engineering or consulting ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of prospect research, needs discovery, and outcome-based selling.
• Proven track record of collaboration with various departments.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to simplify technical jargon.
• Engaging presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Technically adept with web technologies.
• Fluency in French and English required, other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and document discovery sessions to understand client's business objectives.
• Become a trusted advisor in the SmartRecruiters platform for client executives.
• Identify and present a vision for the client's future capabilities.
• Perform product demos tailored to client needs.
• Act as a resource for the Sales team regarding demonstrations and product implementation.
• Leverage internal learning and competitive intelligence.
• Communicate progress and escalate problems as needed.
• Provide handoffs to Customer Experience to deliver against proposed solutions.
