• Excellent communication skills and effective team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate project budgets and anticipate costs for profitability.
• Manage billing processes and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Demonstrate understanding of contract documents and project commitments.
• Procure necessary project resources and negotiate contracts.
• Participate in project meetings to align with goals.
• Regularly visit job sites to monitor progress and address issues.
