• A strong understanding of blockchain protocols, Web3 APIs, and overall dApp architecture.
• Passion for sustainability and interest in using blockchain technology for environmental challenges.
• Strong understanding of climate finance including carbon credits and environmental markets.
• Understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and blockchain's role in transparency.
• Problem-solving abilities in debugging smart contracts and dApps built using Solidity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding developers in building applications on Hedera using the Guardian platform for sustainable projects.
• Developing and guiding users to develop digitized and open-source methodologies related to carbon markets and GHG emissions tracking.
• Advocating for blockchain technology to address climate challenges, focusing on climate finance.
• Contributing to the architecture and design of the Guardian platform.
• Providing hands-on support to developers in debugging and optimizing projects.
• Developing PoCs, sample dApps, and smart contracts to showcase Hedera’s capabilities.
• Acting as a Hedera expert in guiding developers on dApp development.
• Staying updated on blockchain trends and sharing knowledge.
