Requirements:

• Operational accounting experience with multi-client exposure.
• Proactive communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Passion for supporting startup companies and driving process improvements.
• Experience with full close-cycle accounting.
• Familiarity with QBO or Netsuite.
• Working knowledge of inventory management/revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Expertise in e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, crypto or SaaS a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close process for a portfolio of clients, working with international accountants for reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements with trend and variance analysis.
• Oversee general accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Streamline workflow and document complex accounting processes.
• Prepare various tax and compliance filings.
• Support clients through audits and due diligence.
