Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Florida.
- Ability to practice independently is required.
- Licensure in the states of Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, collaborating with different healthcare professionals.
- Customize care for each patient, determining session frequency and length.
- Perform individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Enjoy flexibility in scheduling, typically working weekdays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, supported by a back-office team for administrative tasks.
