Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) - Smyrna, GA (REMOTE)

Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Georgia. Ability to practice independently is required. Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and Colorado preferred.

Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Customize the care for each patient with autonomy in scheduling and length of sessions. Conduct individual, family, and group therapy as needed. Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
