Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Florida.
- Ability to practice independently in Florida is required.
- Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, collaborating with various healthcare professionals.
- Customize the care for each patient, deciding the frequency and duration of sessions.
- Perform individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Create a flexible schedule, typically working between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Focus solely on patient care while back-office support handles administrative tasks.
