Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Florida.
- Ability to practice independently.
- Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and Colorado preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for individual patients with the autonomy to determine session frequency.
- Conduct individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy as needed.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
- Handle clinical documentation; support team manages billing and collections.
