Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) - Palm Coast, FL (REMOTE)

Completion of an accredited program in mental health. Certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Florida. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado preferred.

Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Customize care for each patient and determine the frequency and duration of sessions. Perform individual psychotherapy along with family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed. Maintain clinical care and documentation while the support team handles billing and credentialing.
