Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Florida.
- Ability to practice independently.
- Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and Colorado preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each individual patient.
- Determine frequency and duration of patient visits.
- Conduct individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as applicable.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
- Manage clinical documentation following treatment sessions.
