Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience with behavioral health issues like mood, anxiety, and personality disorders.
- Supervised experience under consulting psychiatrists is preferred.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred.
- New graduates are welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient, determining visit frequency and duration.
- Conduct medication management and individual psychotherapy, as well as family and group therapy as needed.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities; the support team manages billing and collections.
