Requirements

- Certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in Colorado, with the ability to practice independently.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Customize care for individual patients, determining frequency and duration of sessions.
- Typically perform individual psychotherapy, but may also provide family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
- Complete clinical care and documentation after sessions, with back-office support managing billing and collections.
