Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with various behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments.
- Welcome to new graduates.
- Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient with autonomy over treatment frequency and duration.
- Perform medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Focus on patient care without extra on-call responsibilities, allowing time for documentation and support handled by the back-office team.
