Requirements:

Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Florida. Ability to practice independently. Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and Colorado preferred.

Responsibilities:
