Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program in mental health.
- Certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in Colorado.
- Ability to practice independently in the state.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH with various healthcare providers.
- Customize care for individual patients, determining frequency and length of sessions.
- Perform individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as necessary.
- Focus on patient care while back-office support handles administrative tasks.
- Create a flexible work schedule, typically working Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
